Cellulite - Is there a fix?

 Cellulite is fat deposits that are trapped in tissue beneath the skin.  Cellulite shows up on the thighs, belly, buttocks, breast and neck.  It is more apparent in women than men, although men are more likely to get on their bellies. 

 It is also important to note that you do not have to be overweight to have cellulite.  In addition, as we age the skin tissue becomes weak and the fatty deposits (cellulite) bulges out and is more pronounced. 

 Today the market is flooded with creams that eliminate cellulite, or reduce the appearance of cellulite.  Although I can make no claims on which of these products work or don’t work, the best advice is working on reducing the amount of toxins and fats stored under the skin thus eliminating and reducing cellulite.

 Cellulite is found on people from all walks of life.  No one is immune to it.  In addition, it is a stubborn fat that is hard to eliminate.  However, discipline yourself to exercise and eat healthier you will find a reduction in the cellulite pockets and no new cellulite forming.

 Below are suggestions to take the first step in eliminating cellulite.

Drink a minimum of two liters of water.  The water cleanses the toxins out of your body.  If you exercise regularly increase your water intake.

Stay away from fried foods.  In addition, eliminate butter and margarine.  You may think this is impossible but after awhile you will learn to live without these fatty foods.

Poor circulation can use cellulite.  So get moving.

Vitamin C has been known to reduce cellulite by reducing the amount of toxins in your body.  You should have at least three servings of Vitamin C a day.

Cut the salt.  Chinese food is loaded with sodium and should be avoided.

Plan your meals around natural ingredients.  If the food you are buying is full of chemical preservatives and it takes more than 15 seconds to read the label, chances are it is not very pure.

Cellulite is inherited.  Therefore, once you start noticing cellulite, do what you can to hinder any more fatty deposits by following the steps as listed above.

The remedies listed above are a good way to reduce cellulite.  Although it will not happen over night, healthy eating and exercise to reduce the toxins will eventually show results.
